Have you seen the CAl Trans crew around the Horseshoe Bar over crossing? They are in the process of designing the lifting of the bridge over the freeway. While the projext is 2 or 3 years awayn it was a surprise to every one that it is going to happen. The Brace Road Horseshoe BAr and King Road Bridges do not meet Federal heigth requirements.
I knew that some day this would happen but had no idea or did anyone else that it was on CAl Trans work list

Isn't someone on the Town Council a representative for some type of transportation committee for projects going on in our area?
It seems that if this is the case, they would have already known this was happening. Or does Loomis have a poor relationship with CalTrans also?
The representative on the Placer County Transportation Commission is Russ Kelly
So is this the reason why you did not know that the bridge was being raised? Because from your last blog post it doesn't sound like you and Kelly get along very well.
