Loomis Tried to Be A good Neighbor

In the latest Loomis News mayor Kelly failed to point out that he was selected by the Loomis Town Council to meet with Rocklin and try to work out a solution for the developments around Sierra College and IS80. The Loomis Town Council wanted to be a good neighbor with Rocklin ands sent Russ to work something out. The law suit was our last resort because the meetings failed.
Russ forgot to mention this

How many lawsuits does Loomis have against Rocklin? How many are in the works?

The people that live in Loomis need to learn how to be good neighbors to each other before they can be good neighbors to Rocklin or any other city around here.

Since I have lived here I have received anonymous notes left on my windshield when I was in Raley's saying the I'm a bad parker, and I've had others mail anonymous letters telling us that our yard looks terrible and that we should hire a landscaping company and why do we leave our Christmas lights up don't take them down.

I have lived in Loomis for 10 years and I have encountered some kind & friendly people, but just as many snotty & rude people here, which surprises me a lot. I thought that Loomis was suppose to be a small town and friendly and welcoming.

The people that here are very cliquish. That's my pet peeve, not signs being left on the power poles. If you're write me a note about my parking or my yard or Christmas lights, then be man enough to sign it, damn it!

Good neighbor, sure, our own Town Council can't seem to get along with each.

So what's up with that?

Good luck on getting along with anybody else around here.

We need to get some grown-ups on the Council.

I'm voting for Gary Liss.

I'm rethinking my voting for Gary Liss comment now.

I've been approached by several people lately about voting for him, and now that I see who his supporters are, I'm thinking I'm gonna vote for Tom & Rhonda.

Was Kelley the only one that attended this meeting? If I remember right you made a motion to also send Walt Scherer, maybe Scherer, who doesn't like to negotiate, demanded to much and that is why the meeting failed.
