Town Paves Roads

The Town of Loomis paved roads in various parts of the Town. The cost this year was over $450,000. Most of this money came from the bonds that the California voters approved. Streets both in the East and West of Loomis were paved.
This is the tar and gravel application on the streets in Sunrise Loomis. This is the first work on these streets in many years..

Seems like there are a lot of roads in Loomis that really, really needed this a lot more than the Sunrise Loomis area. There are areas of King Road, Brace Road, and even Horseshoe Bar Road that are completely broken up. These roads are main roads that everyone uses. What criteria was used to decide which roads would get work?
