The landscaping does look great--my thanks as well.
If they can get that Chamber Office built I'm sure that they can do a redevelopment for our old town, down town area.

Miguel, can you address this idea of having the designer from High Hand create a landscaping plan for all of downtown? I think it is brilliant, and I think once people see on paper what a difference it would make that we could get some excitement and support for the idea.
