Now let's look at the grammatical errors:
-This plan covers the proptery from Horsebar Road behind Raley's, the Memorial Hall to Laird Street (difficult to offer a suggestion here since the meaning is lost in the grammar)

At least 8 glaring grammatical errors as well! I am not English teacher--there are probably more! I am sorry to point it out, but it is an embarrassment!
Should be "I am not an English teacher".
